Catherine Rogers Gaspar

Dr. Catherine Rogers Gaspar is a postdoctoral researcher at the Waisman Center at University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her research focuses on families of children with disabilities, specifically, parent engagement and home-school partnerships within special education. Prior to her graduate studies, she worked as an early childhood special educator in public schools.
